运用电化学噪声(EN)测量技术和极化曲线技术检测两种船体钢A和B在0.5mol/L NaHCO3+3%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀状况,结果表明,两种钢的噪声图谱都表现出了明显的点蚀特征;在点蚀诱导期,B钢电位噪声波动的幅度和暂态峰的密集程度均比A钢大,而且诱导期持续时间较短;对噪声电阻的分析也表明,在该试验体系中A钢表面状态更稳定。极化曲线的分析结果表明A钢的点蚀电位较高、极化电阻较大、腐蚀电流较小,耐点蚀性能更好,这与电化学噪声分析的结论一致。
The corrosion behavior of two hull steels immerged in 0.5 mol/L NaHCO3+3% NaCl aqueous solution was investigated by electrochemical noise(EN) technology and polarization curve method.Distinct pitting characteristics could be observed from EN spectra of the two steels.The results indicated that the duration of pits initiation for steel B was shorter,and its potential noise fluctuations were also bigger and denser than those of steel A.The results of noise resistance showed that the surface condition of steel A was more stable than that of steel B.The results of polarization curves showed that steel A had higher pitting potential,bigger polarization resistance and smaller corrosion current than those of steel B,well in accordance with the results of electrochemical noise analysis.
