研究了Na-β"-Al2O3陶瓷管制备的反应烧结法,即在900℃分解初始组成,而后快速反应烧结和分阶段退火转相的工艺.制备的Na-β"-Al2O3管具有良好的性能,双重显微结构也在一定程度上得到控制.
The fabrication technology of Na-β"-Al2O3 ceramic tubes by reaction sintering, i.e., by decom-position of the starting materials at 900℃ followed by reaction sintering and stepped annealing for phase transformation, was investigated. The Na-β"-Al2O3 tubes thus prepared have fine properties and the duplex microstructure can also be controlled in a certain degree.
