在Gleeble 1500热模拟机上测定了850 ℃下经变 形为50 %的单道次及多道次轧制的试样的动态CCT曲线,并以此为依据在Ar3附近 进行了用多道次累积大变形代替单道次大变形的轧制对比实验。结果发现:在奥氏体未再结 晶区进行大压下量、短间隔时间的轧制,可以细化α晶粒。而且,多道次累积大变形与 单道次大变形一样可以得到细小的铁素体晶粒。

The single pass and multi-pass continuous cooling transformation (CCT) diagrams with 50 % compressive deformati on at 850 ℃ were obtained on a Gleeble 1500 hot deformation simulator.Multi-p ass substituting single pass heavy deformation was tested at a temperature aroun d Ar3 on the basis of CCT diagrams.It shown that the ferrite grain ca n be refined with large reduction, short interpass rolling in austenite non-rec rystallization region.The results also indicated that the multi-pass deformati on has same effects on grain refinement as the single pass.
