采用分步控温结合种子聚合乳液法制备了固含量较高(45%)、稳定性较好(常温储存期在8个月以上)的MMA/BA/AA/HEMA的无皂乳液。 通过对乳液粒径、拉伸力学性能和粘结性能及其影响因素的研究,揭示了聚合物结构与性能 之间的内在联系:引发剂浓度、软硬单体配比、功能基单体极性以及外加助剂是影响力学性 能和粘结性能的主要因素。

Seed copolymerization coordinated with step temperature control has been successfully applied to achieve stable soap-free acrylate emulsion containing acrylic acid(AA) and β-hydroxyethyl methacry late(HEMA) at high solids content(45%). There is high stability in reactivity and in storage process for this emulsion. The copolymer was characterized by TEM, stress-strain test and peel test. Experimental results show that the initiator, hard/soft monomer ratio and chemical additives as well as the monomer polarity are the major factors on latex size, mechanical property and peel strength of the soap- free copolymers. The peel strength of the copolymer has a minimum value, changing with hard/soft ratio.
