本实验在猪主动脉的真空冷冻干燥各过程中,采用了相同的温度设定,但对一次干燥终点使用了不同的判定方法,通过Micro-CT扫描及称重分析,计算失水率、孔隙率、脱水率及力学性能等指标,比较出两种方法对结果造成的不同影响.实现了在现有的冻干设备及环境下,对一次干燥终点判断的优化方法.该方法很好地解决了冻干过程的管壁皱缩、组织塌陷问题,同时,提高了冻干后猪主动脉的脱水率、孔隙率及复水率,获得了更加良好的生物力学特性.
