本文采用PIV测量技术结合数值模拟方法,研究一种高速剪切搅拌器内的三维流场,着重对垂直搅拌与斜搅拌两种搅拌轴安装方式的流场进行稳态和非稳态的模拟.数值计算的平均流场与实验良好吻合,都显示了斜搅拌有利于减小搅拌罐内流动低速区.非稳态模拟的结果表明,搅拌头附近明显的射流作用、静子齿缝处湍动能的耗散和搅拌头附近较大的周向压力梯度,增强了搅拌器的分散作用.
