选用马来酸酐接枝POE、POE和CPE三种助剂,探索其不同含量对回收PP增韧改性的效果.通过大量的试验、测试及微观形貌分析,研究了增韧剂含量与力学性能的关系.结果表明,在0-30%之间随着增韧剂用量的增加,回收PP的强度先提高后降低,韧性则不断提高;用25%马来酸酐接枝POE增韧回收PP综合效果最佳,其拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击韧性分别达到了40.77MPa、37.78MPa和24.7KJ/M2.
