采用电化学测试的方法,研究了稀土氧化物对铝合金表面1,2-双一三乙氧基乙烷(BTSE)硅烷膜在3.5%NaCl溶液中耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,BTSE硅烷膜的形成并未改变6061铝合金试样表面的电极反应动力学行为,硅烷膜的存在主要抑制了电化学腐蚀中的阴极还原反应,对腐蚀性介质起到物理阻挡作用。在BTSE硅烷膜制备过程中掺杂Y2O3可有效提高硅烷膜的耐蚀性,在本试验工艺条件下,Y2O3的最佳掺杂量为10-20mg/L。
The effect of rare earth oxides on corrosion resistance of the bis-1,2 [triethoxysily]ethanc(BTSE) silane film on the Al alloy 6061 surface in 3. 5% NaCl was studied by means of electrochemical measurements. The results showed that BTSE silane film did not change the behaviors of the electrode reaction kinetics of the surface of AA6061 samples, the presence of silane film mainly inhibited the cathodic reduction reaction in the electrochemical corrosion and played a physical harrier to the aggressive media. Doping Y2O3 in the preparation of BTSE silane film can improve the corrosion resistance of silane film effectively. Under the technical conditions determined by this experiment, the optimum doped Y2O3 contents were 10-20 mg/L.
