研究了1050~1200℃固溶处理对Inconel 690合金微观组织的影响。结果表明:固溶温度对合金微观组织的影响比较大,当固溶温度为1050℃时,晶粒由初始约10μm长大到19μm,当温度超过1125℃时,晶粒长大速度加快,当温度达到1150℃时,晶粒迅速长大到66.1μm。合金中的富铬碳化物含量随固溶温度的升高而逐渐减少,在1125~1150℃进行固溶处理时,碳化物全部溶解。由公式计算,结合扫描电镜结果,确定出合金中富铬碳化物的完全溶解温度为1136℃左右。
Influence of solid solution treatment on microstructure of Inconel 690 alloy at 1050-1200 ℃ was investigated.The results show that the solid solution temperature exhibits an obvious effect on grain size of the alloy,the grain size increases from 10 μm of the as-received alloy to about 19 μm after solution at 1050 ℃,the grains grow faster when temperatures are over 1125 ℃,and the grain size can reach 66.1 μm at 1150 ℃.The content of carbide is reduced with the increase of temperature,and the chromium-rich carbide can be dissolved at the temperatures of 1125-1150 ℃.Combined with observation of scanning electron microscope,it is concluded that the carbides can completely be dissolved at about 1136 ℃ for the Inconel 690 alloy by theoretica calculation.
