为了提高富锌防腐涂料的综合性能,以硅丙乳液、硅溶胶、氢氧化钾、鳞片状锌粉为主要原料,分别添加经HOOC(CH2)17NH3+有机改性的蒙脱石、经CH3(CH2)17NH3+有机改性的蒙脱石作抗沉剂,制备改性的硅酸钾富锌防腐涂料.探讨了有机蒙脱石种类、用量对富锌涂料涂层性能、表面形貌及耐蚀性的影响.结果表明:添加端基含有-COOH的有机蒙脱石作抗沉剂的富锌防腐涂料综合性能优于以端基含有-CH3的有机蒙脱石作抗沉剂的富锌防腐涂料,后者的综合性能优于未添加抗沉剂的富锌防腐涂料.以经HOOC(CH2)17NH3+改性的有机蒙脱石作为抗沉剂,加入量为涂料总质量的0.3%所配制的涂料涂层表面平整、致密且机械性能以及耐腐蚀性能优异.
