用Auger电子能谱(AES),X射线光电子能谱(XPS),扫描Auger探针(SAM)及扫描电镜二次电子象(SEM)研究了非晶Ni_(63)Zr_(37)合金条带的表面状态以及在空气和真空中加热与打磨后空气中加热对条带表面状态的影响。结果表明:原始条带表血存在着Zr的选择氧化和偏聚;高温和高氧浓度气氛有利于Ni向表面偏聚;砂纸打磨降低了Ni氧化物尺寸和在条带表面的析出温度:随着Zr的选择氧化和表面偏聚,条带表面开裂。

Investigations were made of the surface state of amorphous Ni_(63)Zr_(37) alloyribbon and affected by heating under vacuum or in air, prior to grinding or not, by means ofAES, XPS, SAM and SEM combined in situ with Ar ion bombardent. The selective oxidationand surface segregation of Zr were observed on surface layer of as-received ribbon. Highertemperature and higher oxygen pressure are beneficial to oxidation and surface segregation ofNi. Grinding pretreatment may reduce the size of Ni oxide and its precipiation temperatureon ribbon surface. Selective oxidation and surface segregation of Zr may cause the cracking ofribbon surface during oxidation.
