弹性垫圈在生产过程中断裂。采用金相检验、扫描电镜、化学成分分析和能谱仪等方法对此批产品进行了分析。结果表明：弹性垫圈断口为典型的沿晶断裂，在断裂的晶面上有细小的爪状纹和微孔。此为高强度钢氢脆断口的特征。是在酸洗电镀后除氢不及时或不彻底导致氢脆断裂。
The spring washers is cracked during production. Analysis of the crack has done with SED, metallography, composition analysis and EDS etc.The result shows that it was the typical intergranular fracture,and there were scrappy claw and tiny pore in the fracture of crystal face. It is the character for fracture of hydrogen embrittlement of high yield steel. The reason for hydrogen embrittlement fracture is incomplete removal of hydrogen after acidwashing or electroplating.
