对比分析了几种常规涂料体系(如环氧富锌底漆+聚酰胺环氧中涂+聚酰胺环氧面漆及环氧铁红底漆+环氧云铁中涂+聚酰胺环氧面漆)和高性能涂料体系的优劣,最后选用了钛纳米聚合物涂料对白土精制装置中的滤板进行防护,2年多的实际应用表明了其良好的防护效果.
Nano titanium polymer coating was selected to use in the protection of filtration board for white clay refining unit based on comparison and analysis of some conventional coating systems (such as Zn-rich epoxy primer +polyamide-epoxy mid-coat + polyamide-epoxy topcoat and iron oxide red epoxy primer + micaceous iron oxide epoxy mid-coat + polyamide-epoxy topcoat) and the high-performance coating system. Two years practical application showed that it has good corrosion resistance.
