研究了φ9 mm高碳钢高速线材斯太尔摩工艺参数,分析了不同吐丝温度和模拟控制冷却速率对金相组织和力学性能的影响,确定了最佳的斯太尔摩工艺参数。

The effect of technological parameters of stelmor on the microstructure and properties of high carbon wire rolled at high speed has been studied. The relationship between the microstructure and the properties of the wire rolled with different laying temperature and cooling rate has been analyzed. Optimal technological parameters of stelmor have been obtained.
