使用二维网络模型和计算机图像处理技术探讨了炭纤维长度及排布对其堆积形成的孔隙结构的影响.结果表明,随着炭纤维长度的增加,孔径分布变宽,孔径平均值和标准偏差增加,孔隙率匀度先变差然后在纤维长度达到一定程度后增加;随炭纤维在平面内X、Y方向排布差别增加,孔径分布及平均孔径和孔径标准偏差基本不变,但孔隙率匀度变差.因而,为了制备满足质子交换膜燃料电池传质要求的炭纤维纸,在满足其它参数要求的条件下,纤维长度应尽可能长,并且应尽量保证在平面内各方向均匀排布.
The effect of length and arrangement of carbon fiber on the pore structure of its assemble is investigated through the combination method of 2D network model and computer image processing technology. The result suggests that with the increase of fiber length, the pore distribution tends to broaden, mean pore radius and standard deviation both increase, the homogeneity of porosity decreases firstly and then increases as the fiber length becomes larger; with the arrangement difference of X, Y direction in plane increasing, pore radius distribution, mean pore radius and standard deviation are all mostly invariant, nevertheless, the homogeneity of porosity becomes worse. Therefore, in order to fabricate the carbon paper which can meet the mass-transfer requirement of proton exchanges membrane fuel cell(PEMFC), the fiber length should be as long as possible, and the arrangement in all direction should be the same when other requirements are met.
