通过在Gleeble1500热模拟试验机上的热形变和冷却试验,研究了热形变及钒微合金化对高碳钢连续冷却后显微组织及硬度的影响。研究结果表明:未形变的含钒试验钢在5和9℃/s冷速下出现了中低温组织贝氏体和马氏体,950℃变形后的含钒钢,在同样冷速下相变后得到的组织全为珠光体。随钒含量的增加,珠光体转变后的片层间距变小,硬度升高。同样冷速下形变后试验钢的珠光体团细化,珠光体片层间距增加,硬度降低,且形变后增加冷速引起的珠光体片层细化效果不如未形变时明显。

The effects of vanadium micro-alloyed and thermal deformation on the microstructure and hardness of high carbon steels during continuous cooling was investigated on Gleeble1500 thermo-mechanical simulator. The results show that bainite and martensite appear in vanadium-alloyed steels without deformation at the cooling rate of 5 and 9℃/s, while after deformation at 950℃ followed by cooled at the same rate, the microstructure turns to be pearlite without bainite or martensite. It is also found that the pearlitic interlamellar spacing becomes smaller with the addition of vanadium, thus increase the pearlite hardness. However, the pearlitic interlamellar spacing becomes bigger after deformation. In addition, the effect of cooling rate on interlamellar spacing is less significant after deformation than without deformation.
