本文以阿尔法磁谱仪中的配电系统为研究对象,阐述了利用热管解决配电系统局部温度过高的热控问题。通过数值模拟,采用体点散热问题的仿生优化方法,获得了高导热性的热管在母板中的人工构造,构建了一种有效的热控系统。数值模拟和实验结果对比验证了数值模拟模型的可靠性和仿生优化方法的可行性,也说明了热管在均温和传热方面的优良作用。
The power distribution system (PDS) in the AMS-02 is investigated in this paper for the purpose of dealing with its locally high temperature issue and further obtaining an efficient thermal control system. Faced with such a typical volume-point heat dissipation problem, much numerical simulation is carried out to find the construct of heat pipes in the PDS baseplate based on the principle biological evolution. Experimental researches are performed in order to testify the validity of numerical simulation model and to verify the bionic optimization method. Results obtained in this paper also support that heat pipes are especially useful in the thermal control system design on the aspect of averaging temperature distribution.
