用双机制模型分析、拟合了不同PT组份弛豫型铁电陶瓷PMN-xPT的介电行为.研究表明随着PT组份的增加,极化机制发生明显的变化.通过分析极化机制随频率变化的情况,解释了Tm与ω的V-F关系的拟合参数随频率区间改变的现象.
