采用电沉积-热氧化法制备含有中间层的钛基锑掺杂二氧化锡电极。研究了在含Sn和Sb(摩尔比9∶1)的乙醇溶液中电沉积制备的中间层对Ti/SnO2-Sb电极表面形貌、组成、电氧化性能和寿命的影响。有中间层和无中间层的Ti/SnO2-Sb电极表面均有龟裂。与无中间层的Ti/SnO2-Sb电极相比,有中间层的Ti/SnO2-Sb 电极表面 Ti 含量较少,Sb、Sn 含量较高。有中间层的Ti/SnO2-Sb电极的析氧电位较高,寿命较长,对甲基橙的降解率为94.1%(仅比无中间层的Ti/SnO2-Sb电极低1.3个百分点。
A Ti-based Sb-doped SnO2 electrode with intermediate layer was prepared by electrodeposition followed by thermal oxidation. The effect of the intermediate layer prepared by electrodeposition from an ethanol bath containing Sn and Sb at a molar ratio of 9:1 on the surface morphology, composition, electro-oxidation, and service life of Ti/SnO2-Sb electrode was studied. There are network cracks on the surface of both Ti/SnO2-Sb electrodes with and without intermediate layer. The Ti/SnO2-Sb electrode with intermediate layer contains less Ti but more Sb and Sn on its surface, and has higher oxygen evolution potential and longer service life as compared with the intermediate layer-free one. The degradation rate of methyl orange by Ti/SnO2-Sb with intermediate layer is 94.1%, which is only 1.3 percentage points lower than that of the intermediate layer-free one.
