通过乙烯基单体与环氧树脂进行接枝聚合反应,制备了大分子链中含有羧基的水性自乳化环氧-苯丙共聚物,然后加入三乙醇胺中和,再进行硅氧烷改性制成硅氧烷改性的水性环氧树脂分散液;研究了改性条件、改性剂氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅氧烷用量对水分散液性能和分散液涂膜性能的影响;并利用红外光谱、热重分析对改性产物进行了结构表征和热稳定性分析.结果表明:反应温度为55℃,改性剂氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅氧烷用量在2%~2.5%(占环氧树脂的质量分数),所得分散液粒径小(147.2 nm),贮存稳定性好(贮存期达1年以上),用该分散液制成的涂膜具有良好的耐水性、耐化学品性、柔韧性(1~2 mm)和热稳定性(失重5%对应的温度为181℃).
A stable epoxy aqueous dispersion was prepared by copolymerizing vinyl monomers onto epoxy resin,by neutralizing with triethanolamine and by grafting with siloxane.The modification condition and the siloxane content on the properties of the aqueous dispersion and its coating were studied.FTIR and TG were used to characterize the structure and analyze the thermal stability of the product,respectively.The results showed that when the weight fraction of siloxane was 2%~2.5%(based on epoxy resin weight),the reaction temperature was 55℃,the epoxy aqueous dispersion with the best stability(the shelflife>1 year)and the small particle size(147.2 nm)was made.The films obtained from the dispersion have good water resistance,chemical resistance,flexility(1~2 mm)and thermal stability(the massloss was 5% at 181℃). .
