根据金属腐蚀及涂层防腐原理,研究了金属表面硅烷处理工艺技术及处理后的功能特性,分别进行了中性盐雾、铜加速醋酸盐雾、电偶腐蚀.大气暴露和海水浸泡试验.结果表明,金属表面硅烷处理工艺技术可以取代涂装前磷化及铬化处理.该技术具有常温处理、无毒性无污染的特点,可广泛应用于涂装前处理与防腐领域.
Based on the principle of metal corrosion and coating protection, the functional properties of silane treatment technology on metal surface and its post treatment were studied, and the neutral salt spray, copper-accelerated acetic acid salt spray, galvanic corrosion, atmospheric exposure and seawater immersion tests were conducted. The results showed that the silane treatment technology on metal surface can substitute the phosphating and chromating processes of coating pretreatment. The silane treatment technology has the characteristics of normal temperature treatment, avirulence and non-pollution, and can be applied in the filed of coating pretreatment and corrosion protection.
