从晶体结构、反应历程、介电性能等方面综述了MTiO3-LnAlO3(M:Ba,Sr,Ca;Ln:Nd,Sm)中介微波介质陶瓷研究中进展,并结合本课题组的研究情况,归纳了目前该体系微波介质陶瓷研究中存在的问题,并对其今后的研究发展发现进行了展望.
