利用化学方法制得了纳米Fe3 O4粒子,然后将其与聚乙烯醇(PVA)的胶态溶液共混,通过冻融法制备了纳米Fe3O4/PVA磁性水凝胶.采用综合热分析仪、拉伸试验机及ppms-9综合物性检测系统对磁性水凝胶进行了表征和测试.结果表明,纳米Fe3O4粒子的加入会降低磁性水凝胶的热稳定性;磁性水凝胶的力学性能和磁学性能随纳米Fe3O4含量及冻融次数的改变而显著变化.

The nano Fe3 O4/PVA magnetic hydrogels are prepared by the repeated freezing-thawing method.These materials are characterized by transmission electron microscope, thermogravimetry analysis, tensile testing machine and properties detect system. The results show that the thermal stability is descending by adding Fe3O4 nano-particles. Mechanical property and magnetic performance are dependent on the nano Fe3 O4 concentration and freezingthawing cycle.
