金属表面等离子体与吸附于其表面及周围荧光团的相互作用,扩展了金属表面和纳米粒子在生物检验及生物技术中的应用范围,并促进新型超亮荧光探针的开发.本文介绍了金属增强荧光的机理及国内外金属银增强荧光研究的进展,评论了影响荧光增强效率的因素,并指出金属增强荧光在发展过程中尚未得到解决的问题及发展方向.
