不饱和C=C双键表面修饰的二氧化硅粒子采用正硅酸乙酯和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)共水解制备,然后加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体和引发剂原位聚合生成PMMA接枝改性二氧化硅溶胶.将该有机-无机复合溶胶旋转涂覆到金属基片(黄铜及不锈钢)上,经90~120℃热处理2 h制备了复合涂层.采用傅立叶变换红外光谱、X-射线衍射、透射电镜表征了涂层结构和形貌,同时用激光光散射、铅笔硬度仪等对溶胶粒径和涂层性能进行了测试.结果表明该方法制备的PMMA-二氧化硅体系在一较宽的浓度范围内都能形成透明的稳定溶胶,接枝改性后的二氧化硅纳米粒子在聚合物中分散均匀,涂层机械强度明显提高,对金属基底具有良好的附着效果.
In this work,tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)and γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570)were co-hydrolyzed to form an unsaturated silica contained C=C double bond,and methyl methacrylate was added to obtain the crosslinked organic-inorganic hybrid sol.The composite solution was coated on a metal substrate(brass or stainless steel)by dipping,and sintered at 90~120℃for 2 h.The coating structure was analyzed by FTIR spectrum analysis.Surface structure and particle diameter were characterized by TEM.Coating hardness was examined by a pencil-hardness instrument.Noncrystalline phase was probed by XRD.The experimental results demonstrate that silica can be crosslinked by methylmethacrylate in a wide concentration range with the aid of KH-570,and the coating of this organic-inorganic hybrid exhibits a uniform and compact surface with good performance in adherence and hardness.
