通过双级纳滤法苦咸水脱盐淡化示范工程的建设及运行,针对北方地区地表苦咸水含盐量高等特点,采用双级纳滤技术,在较低的工作压力下,使产水含盐量稳定降低到600 mg/L以下,总硬度降低到10 mg/L以下,COD降低到2 mg/L以下,产水指标优于《城市杂用水水质》中绿化用水标准(GB/T 18920-2002),部分指标甚至优于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006).本工程自运行以来,各项技术指标以及水质指标一直保持稳定,运行费用为2.2元/t水.
