利用大气等离子喷涂工艺制备了A1203—13%TiO2(质量分数,简称AT13)及添加不同含量La2O3的陶瓷涂层,通过X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对涂层的显微结构进行了分析,采用正态和Weibull分布统计分析方法研究了涂层的显微硬度分布,并用块一环磨损试验研究了涂层的干滑动摩擦磨损行为。结果表明:Laz03改善了AT13涂层层片之间的结合,且不会使涂层的主相发生变化;添加La203对AT13涂层的显微硬度没有明显影响,但使硬度分布的分散性降低,涂层的耐磨性能得到明显提高,尤以含质量分数6%La2O3的最佳,磨损机制为脆性剥落磨损和粘着磨损。
The ceramic coatings of Al2O3-13wt% TiO2 (AT13) and AT13 with different contents of La2O3 were prepared by atomosphere plasma spraying. Microstructure of the coatings were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The microhardness distribution was studied by normal and Weibull statistical analysis, dry sliding friction and wear behavior was investigated by a friction and wear testing machine in a pin-on-ring mode. The results indicate that the addition of La2O3 improved the combination between splats in the coating and did not result in the change of constitute phase in the coating. The addition of La2O3 had no obvious effect on the microhardness, but reduced the scatter of microhardness distribution in the coating, the wear resistance of AT13 coating with the addition of La2O3 was evidently enhanced. The best wear resistance of the coating and the minimum scatterness of microhardness data were obtained when the content of La2O3 was 6wt%. The wear mechanism was predominantly attributed to the brittle spalling and adhesive wear.
