以四异丙醇钛为原料,用大气开放式MOCVD装置通过控制工艺参数制备不同含碳量的氧化钛薄膜.分别采用EDS、XRD、SEM、UV-VIS、罗丹明B光催化降解的方法对不同碳含量的碳掺杂氧化钛薄膜的光吸收性能以及可见光下的光催化活性进行研究.研究结果表明,随着碳掺杂量的增加,薄膜的可见光吸收和可见光催化活性均增强.

Carbon doped TiO_2 thin films were prepared with the air opened MOCVD by controlling the technical parameters, using titanium-tetra-isopropoxide as starting materials. Light absorption and the visible light catalytical activity of carbon doped TiO_2 thin films with different content of carbon were studied by EDS, XRD, SEM, UV-VIS. The results show that the visible light absorption and catalytical activity of carbon doped TiO_2 films increase as the content of carbon in the film .
