This paper introduces the generation,development,and application of chiral chemistry.Emphases are put on from three parts:① chiral recognition,separation,and their applications;② recent applications of chiral stationary phase and reverse phase methods to chiral separation;③ chiral synthesis,separation,and their applications.Future developments of chiral chemistry are prospected in the end.
