以氯化铁(FeCl3·6H2O)和氯化亚铁(FeCl2·4H2O)为原料,氢氧化钠(NaOH)为沉淀剂,在无表面活性剂作用下共沉淀制备出了不同粒径的Fe3O4纳米颗粒.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对产物的晶体结构、形貌、粒径及磁性能进行了表征.实验结果表明,n(Fe2+):n(Fe3+)摩尔比对纳米Fe3O4粒径有重要的影响.在保持铁离子总浓度恒定的情况下,通过调节反应体系中n(Fe2+):n(Fe3+)比例可以有效调控纳米Fe3O4的粒径及磁性能.n(Fe2+):n(Fe3+)从1:2增大到6:1时,Fe3O4的平均粒径从10nm增加到20nm,饱和磁化强度和矫顽力也随之增大.
