以六氟异丙醇(HFIP)为丝素/聚乳酸(SF/PLA)的溶剂,得到了不同质量比的SF/PLA共混溶液.采用锥板流变仪研究了共混溶液的流变性能,探讨了共混溶液的非牛顿指数、流动曲线及表观粘流活化能.研究结果表明,在本实验条件下,共混溶液为非牛顿流体;低剪切速率时,SF/PLA共混液是剪切增稠流体;高剪切速率时,SF/PLA共混溶液是剪切变稀流体,添加PLA组分使共混液的黏度下降;各种比例SF/PLA共混溶液的黏度受温度影响不大.
Aimed to research for the silk fibroin and polylactic acid (SF/PLA)blending solution rheology performance, hexafluoro-2-propanol (HFIP)dissolved SF/PLA with different blending ratio, gained SF/PLA blending solution. Adopted the awl board rheometer to research the blending solution rheology performance of the shear rate scope within 0 s~(-1)~1000 s~(-1) at the temperature of 15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃, 30 ℃ respectively, discussed the Non-Newton index, the flow curve and apparent plastic flow activation energy of the SF/PLA blending solutions. The results indicate: under this experimental condition, the blending solution is non-Newtonian fluid. In the low shear rate scope, SF/PLA blending solution is the shear thickening fluid. In the high shear rate scope, SF/PLA blending solution is the shear thinning fluid, the increased polylactic acid (PLA) component makes the blending solution's viscosity to reduce. The temperature affects all kinds of proportion SF/PLA blending solution a little.
