为了完整和精确地计算辊式矫直过程,根据钢板和矫直机相应的初始条件和边界条件,采用曲率变化量积分的方法,建立了基于PrandtleReuss增量理论的三维弹塑性弯曲解析数学模型。并分析了厚度08 mm的钢板矫直过程的变形行为,比较了计算曲率和实验曲率,误差在1 mm-1左右。该模型可以精确地计算辊式矫直过程的曲率,预测残余应力和板形,为全面分析辊式矫直过程提供技术支撑,对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。

In order to make a thorough and precise study in the roller leveling process, a 3D axisymmetric elasticplastic bending mathematical model of plate based on the PrandtleReuss increment theory was given, according to the relevant initial conditions and boundary conditions of plate and leveler. The contact model adopted the integration of curvature increment. The leveling process of the plate of 08 mm was analyzed. The inaccuracy between calculation curvature and experimental curvature was about 1 mm-1. The model can accurately calculate the curvature of roller leveling. It can also predict residual stress and shape. These will afford theoretic basis for studying the roller leveling process completely. They are also useful for the production.
