用动电位极化法研究了不锈钢(1Cr17)电极在NaCl-UO2(NO 3)2溶液中的电化学行为.在阴极反应区,由于氢的不断释放,导致铀酰离子在不锈钢 电极上析出.随着极化电位向阳极区移动,不锈钢电极发生阳极氧化,形成了氧化铀沉积膜. SEM对析出物和沉积膜的形貌进行了分析.AES深度剖析沉积膜的厚度约为40 nm.XPS分析证实 不锈钢腐蚀电极表面沉积膜中铀为U(Ⅵ).
The potentiodynamic polarization method has been us ed to investigate the electrochemical behavior of 1Cr17 stainless steels in NaCl -UO2(NO3)2 solution.The hydrogen gas was evolved in the cathodic reaction region,and led to the evolution of uranyl ion hydrolysis.The film formed on t he stainless steel electrode under the potentiodynamic polarization with increas ing sweep potential.SEM observation revealed image from the surface of the speci men.The deposit film was measured by Ar ion gun sputter,and the thickness was ab out 40 nm.The XPS analysis indicated that the surface region of film formed on the stainless steel electrode is composed of U(Ⅵ).The forming mechanism of depo sit film was initially discussed.
