利用XRD,DTA和DSC分析了机械合金化80.7W-13.2Ni-6.1Fe(at%,下同)合金的相变和热稳定性.结果表明:球磨20 h和60 h的粉末在加热过程中发生不同的相变化.球磨60 h粉末在退火过程中除了晶体缺陷和应力释放等过程以外,有明显的非晶晶化和NiW相析出过程.同时,机械合金化可以降低粉末的烧结温度,同未球磨粉末相比,球磨20 h和60 h的80.7W-13.2Ni-6.1Fe合金液相出现的温度均降低了200℃以上.
