采用Si3N4基陶瓷、Ti(CN)基陶瓷、YT15硬质合金和高速钢(HSS)四种刀具对304奥氏体不锈钢进行了切削试验,比较各种刀具的耐磨损性能,并且用SEM、EDX等对刀具的磨损表面进行分析结果指出:除HSS外其它刀具均存在一个最佳切削速度在切削较长路程时,FD03和YT15显示最好的耐磨性能,是FD22的10倍左右而高速钢则根本无法切削304不锈钢
