本文对某重型燃机进口导叶的冷却方案进行研究,用闭式蒸汽冷却对传统设计的开式空气冷却改型,采用气热耦合方法分析对比了两者的冷却效果.结果表明,闭式蒸汽冷却简化结构的同时,增大了冷却效率,降低由冷却带来的损失.研究工作为进一步提高燃气轮机进口温度、优化叶片冷却结构奠定基础.
