采用溶解度参数法预测聚丙烯腈(PAN)/聚甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(PBMA)为部分相容体系,并通过黏度法、红外光谱法(FT-IR)、动态力学分析法(DMA)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)进一步判断RAN与PBMA的相容性.结果表明,二者属于部分相容体系,与理论预测相符.以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为共溶剂,研究了PAN/PBMA共混溶液的流变性能,研究表明,共混溶液的流动性与其组成、温度以及浓度有关,通过改变上述因素可以有效调控共混溶液的流动性.这为后续制备具有吸附功能的PAN/PBMA共混纤维奠定了理论基础.

The paper theoretically forecasted the compatiblility of polyacrylonitrile ( PAN)/poly ( n-butyl methacrylate) (PBMA) through three dimensional solubility parameters that the blend system was partially compatible which was characterized by some methods, such as viscometry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The results show that the blend system of PAN/PBMA is partially compatible which is agreement with the theory. And the rheological behavior of PAN/PBMA blend solutions (DMAc as common solvent) was studied. The results show that the rheological properties is related to composition, temperature and the concentration of solutions, which lays the theoretic foundation for further studying PBMA/PAN blend fibers with adsorptive function.
