选择钼酸钠作为磷化液的主促进剂.对其所得磷化膜的耐蚀性和膜重做了检测;用扫描电子显微镜对磷化膜的微观结构进行分析;同时研究了磷化时间和磷化温度对磷化膜性能的影响.
Na_2MoO_4 was selected as the main accelerator for phosphating process at ambient temperatures.Then the effect of phosphating time and temperature on the mass gain of phosphate coatings was studied and the microstructure of phosphate coatings was observed with SEM.The corrosion resistance of phos-phate coatings was also examined.
