利用不同的试验机，采用单引伸计法、双引伸计法、全自动引伸计法对X65管线钢屈服强度的测量进行了研究，得到用全自动电子拉伸试验机、全自动引伸计测量管线钢的规定延伸强度最为准确可靠，单引伸计法测量厚规格管线钢规定延伸强度时容易出现异常结果；管线钢下屈服强度的测量结果要比规定延伸强度的测量结果稳定。
Test of yield strength was investigated by means of single extensometer,double extensometer,automatic extensometer and different testing machine.The results showed that ,tested by means of automatic testing machine and automatic extensometer , the proof strengthes of linepipe steel were more correct and dependable;Tested by means of single extensometer,the proof strengthes of thicker linepipe steel sometimes would produce wrong result; Tested results of low yield strength of linepipe steel were more stable than that of proof strengthes.
