为满足变体机翼柔性蒙皮在沿波纹方向有较大变形量的要求,对半圆形波纹蒙皮基体的形状进行优化,得到一种纵向变形能力与横向承载能力均优于半圆形的波纹形状.建立该基体与半圆形基体拉伸与三点弯曲的有限元模型,结果表明,优化后蒙皮基体的拉伸伸长量提高25%,承载变形量减少44.1%.对试验件进行拉伸与三点弯曲试验,其结果与仿真吻合较好.优化后的蒙皮基体的纵向变形能力与横向承载能力都得到显著增强.
In order to satisfy the requirements of larger deformation along the corrugation direction of flexible skin,the shape optimization of hemicycle corrugation skinning body was conducted,and a kind of corrugation shape which is superior to the hemicycle corrugation shape in longitudinal deformation capacity and transverse load carrying capacity was obtained. Finite element models for the stretching and three point bending test of this substrate and hemicycle substrate were established. Results show that the elongation of optimized body improves by 25%and the three point bending deformation of optimized skinning body reduces by 44.1%. The testing samples of optimized skinning body were prepared for tensile tests and three point bending test, and the test results coincide with the simulation results. The longitudinal tensile deformation characteristics and bending loads in transverse direction of optimal specimens are significantly increased.
