赤泥是从铝土矿中提取氧化铝后产生的碱性废渣.拜耳法赤泥经活化、解聚溶出、二次聚合等处理,可以制备高性能无机地聚物材料,这为赤泥综合利用难题的解决提供了新的技术思路.本文对赤泥地聚物的合成技术研究现状进行了分析论述.通过对赤泥中主要成分硅渣的结构分析,认为由于生产条件的影响,硅渣不具有聚合物的性能特征,直接使用拜耳法赤泥制备地聚物材料难以获得较高的性能.通过活化处理,易于实现硅渣中铝硅基团的溶出,为二次聚合提供条件.本文认为,赤泥基地聚物材料具有广阔的应用前景,应进一步加强对拜耳法赤泥硅渣活化等理论问题的研究,并探讨地聚物合成过程的强度形成机理.
