介绍了一起110 kV变压器故障情况,并对其损坏原因进行了详细分析。结果表明:由于高压套管顶部连接帽不严,外部潮气进入变压器本体内部,引起调压线圈上部油纸绝缘受潮,导致油纸绝缘击穿放电而造成该变压器损坏。为避免类似事故的发生,应在优化变压器组件的产品设计和制造工艺两方面采取措施。
An accident condition of 110 kV transformer was introduced, and the damage reason was analyzed in detail. The results show that because the top connection cap of high voltage bushing is not sealed tight, external moisture get into the transformer body, causing the top oil-paper insulation of the voltage coil damp, and leading to the breakdown discharge of oil-paper insulation and the damage of transformer. In order to avoid the occurrence of similar accident, measures should be taken in optimizing the product design and manufacturing process.
