系统研究了采用不同接枝方法制备的温度响应型智能开关膜的“开/关”长效特性.采用等离子体诱导填孔接枝聚合法和原子转移自由基聚合法,成功制备了具有聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)接枝开关的温度响应型智能开关膜.研究表明,采用不同接枝方法制备的智能开关膜的最佳接枝率范围分别为3.6%~6.9%和10.8%~26.1%,最佳相对温敏开关系数分别为100和80.60余次“高温-低温”循环水通量实验表明,所制备的温度响应型智能开关膜均具良好的可逆性和“开/关”长效性.实验结果为环境刺激响应开关膜的制备和应用提供了重要的参考.
