为降低镁还原-蒸馏法生产的高氯海绵钛产品中杂质氯的含量,提高产品等级,对高氯海绵钛分别进行回炉处理和酸洗处理实验。结果表明:回炉处理后产品的氯含量虽有下降,但杂质氧的含量显著上升,不能达到提高产品等级的目的;酸洗处理后产品氯含量显著降低,且其他杂质含量没有增加,产品质量和经济效益得到有效提升。

To reduce the chlorine impurity content and improve the product grade of titanium sponge which produced by magnesium reduction-distillation process , the oven and pickling experiments were conducted to the high chlorine titanium sponge in this paper .Results show that the chlorine contents fall after oven experiment , but the oxygen impu-rity contents increase considerably , which can not achieve the purpose of improving the product grade .And chlorine contents decrease significantly after pickling experiments , while other impurities contents do not increase , so pickling treatment can improve product quality effectively , and has good economic benefits .
