计算了连铸过程中保护渣Al2O3含量的变化,讨论了拉速、保护渣消耗量对保护渣吸收Al2O3的影响,并用现场取样检测结果进行验证。结果表明:该计算模型与实际检测结果相吻合,保护渣浇注前后Al2O3含量增加小于3.0%(质量分数,余同),其变化趋势为浇注开始后约15min迅速增加,然后缓慢增加,至40min左右达到稳定状态。

The effect of casting speed and slag consumption on the absorption of Al2O3 was discussed through calculating Al2O3 content in mould flux and analyzing the practical mould slag. The results show that the increase of Al2O3 is less than 3.0%, and the content of Al2O3 increases rapidly at the initial 15min and reaches a steady state value at about 40min.
