高级检索

采用循环伏安技术、计时安培技术和扫描电镜技术研究了碱性锌酸盐体系中Zn-Ni合金镀层在A3钢表面的电沉积行为.结果表明,在Zn-Ni合金镀层共沉积之前,富镍层优先在A3钢表面沉积;镀液中Zn2+的阴极还原阻碍了Ni2+的阴极还原反应,而Ni2+则促进了Zn2+的电沉积过程;Zn-Ni合金镀层的电沉积过程遵循扩散控制下的二维(2D)成核/生长机制.
