研究了爆炸喷涂Al2O3-20%TiO2涂层与浸树脂石墨进行干滑动摩擦时的磨损性能和磨损机理,并对比分析了Al2O3-20%TiO2和Al2O3-40%TiO2涂层的磨损性能.结果表明:该陶瓷涂层的磨损率随摩擦时间的延长呈先减小后增大的趋势,在相同试验条件下,AlO3-20%TiO2涂层的耐磨性能优于Al2O3-40%TiO2涂层的;Al2O3-20%TiO2涂层的磨损率随载荷和速度的增大而增大,在大于30 N后磨损率迅速增大;陶瓷涂层的磨损机理主要为粘着磨损.
