基于Rietveld定量分析原理,利用GSAS软件对硅酸盐水泥和铝酸盐水泥的主物相进行定量分析,并将推算出的氧化物含量与X射线荧光分析结果进行比较.结果表明,运用GSAS软件可降低择优取向等不良因素对定量分析结果的影响,实现快速且相对准确的物相定量分析.
