利用简单的低温液相技术,通过氢氟酸(HF)调控反应溶液的pH值制备了具有微/纳米阶层结构的ZnO薄膜.对其接触角进行测量,结果表明该微纳米阶层结构不仅具有超疏水性,而且在真空紫外光照和暗窄保存的循环作用下具有超疏水/超亲水可逆转变的特征.对HF不同加入量的ZnO形貌观察表明,反应溶液中的H+和F-对ZnO的形貌均具有重要作用:H+主要抑制ZnO沿c轴方向生长,F-能够促使ZnO从"棒"状变为"花球"形,从而使ZnO具有微/纳米结构相结合的阶层结构.当HF的浓度比较低时,H+起主要作用;浓度比较高时,F-起主要作用.这种新颖的微纳米结构及其特异的润湿学特性,将有助于该薄膜在微流体器件上的应用.
