利用在16℃、32℃、45℃下埋设试样的方法,通过腐蚀形貌宏观观察,SEM、EDS、XPD等手段以及失重法和电化学方法对X70钢在库尔勒水饱和土壤中腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果发现,腐蚀速率在埋设32d内一直没有达到稳定,并随温度的升高增加,在45℃下埋设64d后发生极严重的均匀腐蚀和点蚀。在16℃和32℃下阴极反应为氧的去极化,而在45℃还发生了硫酸盐还原反应。研究还发现在普通温度盐渍土中,氯离子含量是影响腐蚀的主导因素。

Corrosion behavior of X70 steel in Ku'erle soil saturated with water at 16℃,32℃,and 45℃ was studied througy 32 days and 64 days burying by means of macroscopic observation,SEM,EDS,XRD,weightloss method and electrochemical measurements etc. The results revealed that cirrision rates did not reach stabilization during the periid of experimentation,and increased as the increasing of temperature.Meanwhile, it was found that serious general corrosion and potting took place at 45℃ and the content of Cl- and whole salt dominated the corrosion severity.Cathodic reaction was mostly the oxygenic deoxidzation at the temperature of 16℃ and 32℃, and sulfate reduction reaction also occurred at 45℃.
